By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Crafted with Care
Our garments are made by hand, not by machines. Slight variations in color, weave, or embroidery are natural and reflect the human touch that goes into every piece.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Since each piece is crafted in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to read product details and refer to our size guide before making a purchase. Need help with sizing? Reach out to us—we’ll be happy to assist.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by writing to us at helloantara25@gmail.com. Once processed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
4. Prepaid Order Refusal
If a prepaid package is not accepted and returns to us, ₹200 will be deducted from the refund to cover the shipping cost.
5. Pricing & Discounts
We do not offer discounts. Our prices reflect fair wages, sustainable processes, and the priceless artistry of Indian craftsmen. Every rupee supports a livelihood.
6. Delivery & COD Policy
We offer Free Shipping within India.
Cash on Delivery is available on orders below ₹10,000 only. Please ensure availability to receive COD orders, as refusal affects our artisans and logistics team.
7. International Shipping
We ship worldwide with reliable courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Any additional customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country will be borne by the customer.
8. Gift Packaging
Want to gift a piece of ANTARA? Let us know in the notes at checkout or contact us directly. We offer complimentary gift wrapping with a handwritten note on request—because love deserves to be beautifully packaged.
9. Size Customizations
We understand everybody is unique. If you'd like a size recommendation or minor customizations (where possible), please reach out to us before placing the order. We will do our best to assist you.
10. Color Disclaimer
Due to screen settings and natural lighting in photography, slight differences in color may appear. This is normal in handcrafted clothing.
