1. How do I place an order on ANTARA?
Simply browse our collections and click on "Add to Bag" for your desired item. Once done, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right to view your cart. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order.

2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes, creating an account helps us personalize your experience and ensure seamless delivery. With your ANTARA account, you can view order history, track deliveries, and manage personal details.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

All major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

Net Banking (All major banks)

UPI & Wallets (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)

For international orders, we also accept PayPal. Please ensure your billing address matches your card issuer’s records.

4. Is it safe to use my card on ANTARA?
Absolutely. We use secure SSL encryption to keep your payment and personal information protected. Your privacy and security are our top priority.

5. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours by writing to us at hello@antaraclothing.com with your order details. We won’t be able to cancel the order once it is processed.

6. What is your return policy?
At ANTARA, every piece is handcrafted with love and care by Indian artisans. Owing to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage you to refer to our size guide and reach out to us before placing your order if you have any questions.


7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic Orders: Dispatched within 1-3 business days and usually delivered within 4-7 business days.

International Orders: Delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partners and customs processing, which may vary.

8. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, COD is available only for domestic orders below ₹10,000. Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the parcel.

9. How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped. You can track it using the courier partner’s website. For any concerns, reach out to our customer care.

10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
